Mushrooms have always been considered to be one of the best dishes. In our mountains there are many people who pick them. Going to the forest, finding a place wth mushrooms, skill and an acute sight, different emotions - hunting for mushrooms has always been an adventure for people keen on them.

After hard work if we find a mushroom that smells nice and is unique in its kind, we can say that we get more satisfaction.

In the initial processing phase, mushrooms are slightly cooked in water with salt and vinegar. In the second phase they are selected and put into appropriate jars that are then filled with delicate olive oil. Then the jars are steam-pasteurized.

Use

Mushrooms in oil can be used as appetizer. One can eat them with meat or pizza. Cook's fantasy has no limits.
